Welcome To Our New Look

If you are using any other browser other than Internet Explorer, this page is not showing correctly. I mistakenly moved everything into this shell without checking that first. Due to the size, I'm gonna stick with this and try to figure out why it doesn't render properly in Netscape and Firefox.
Update:
After ditching css for tables, I discovered the problem - sloppy coding. I'm in tables for now and I'll return to css when I get ambitious.
