Fallout From Bush Speech

The fallout as a result of the speech made by President Bush has been enormous. He is being criticized by the media, other nations, think tanks, political pundits, Democrats and Republicans.
It seems everybody has had enough and they want a piece of him.
Videos and text press are showing both Condoleeza Rice and Defense Secretary Robert Gates being ganged up on as they try to explain the President's plan.
What follows are just a few stories and then a link to a summary of 2,363 related stories now circulating on the internet.

1.   Toronto Star - What Bush didn't say in his speech
In the latest of his high crimes and misdemeanours, U.S. President George W. Bush gave false hope last night to Americans and the world that stability can be achieved in Iraq and the Middle East using the same methods that have repeatedly failed in the past.

2.   Salon News - Surge of anger
It's not every day that the Senate finds itself enjoying the taunts of a war protester screaming bloody murder as he is dragged from the room. "Lies! It's all lies!" bellowed the man, as the Capitol Police ejected him from a meeting of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Thursday. "Stop lying! Stop lying! Stop the war!"

3.   New York Times - Devastating Criticism on Iraq by Both Parties
"You’ve clearly heard the skepticism that has been expressed this morning by so many of my colleagues, and for good reason," said Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska. Senator George V. Voinovich of Ohio, noting that he previously went along with the president and "bought into his dream," demanded the administration "do a much better job" of explaining its strategy. A smattering of applause erupted when Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska warned that Mr. Bush’s new plan would be "the most dangerous foreign policy blunder in this country since Vietnam, if it’s carried out."

Blog MyyyyyAsssss predicts that all or some of these things will happen within a short period of time:
1.   Either George Bush will resign his position of President or an angry group of Democrats and Republicans from Congress will start the impeachment process to get Bush out of the White House.
2.  Condoleeza Rice will quit politics and move to Canada. There she will start a family with Peter McKay, have three beautiful children, then reenter politics and become Prime Minister of Canada. She will name her three boys Justin, Sasha and Georgie.
3.  Bill Gates will have an affair with the wife of the other Bill Gates and then suddenly his computer will begin suffering spam attacks the likes of which nobody has ever seen.
4.  Tony Blair will leave Britain to move next door to me and become a gentleman farmer. I will be forced to stand around at my back fence and shoot the shit with him every time he reads my blog.
5.  CanWest Global will get all the cast of 'West Wing' together for a two hour special and a rowdy gang of university students from McGill will break into the studio and take hostages threatening the beheading of the President unless free university is made available to all. Toronto Police Chief Sheila Copps will refuse to talk to these terrorists and the first headless body will be thrown out a second floor window. Global's Leonard Asper will negociate the release of the hostages after promising Bad Boy and The Brick commercials will not be shown on Global Television at any time in the future.
6.  In the next Presidential election in the United States, the Lesbian Party will run a well-known woman from television (Rosie O'Donnell) and her running partner will be Donald Trump. Fashion and hair styles will take a downward trend for the next four years.

Of course, George Bush will never be able to live down any of the above so he will return to Texas a broken man and then reappear in the movie industry as an extra and after a few years he will become the next James Bond.
